Signatures and unlocks are recorded with actor, reason, IP and timestamp. The snapshot of a signed document is preserved even after an unlock.
The password is generated and shown once. It is never stored in clear.

All four are required. They are written into the approval block of the customer's document, so each side knows who is responsible.

The account, its Scope of Work and any signature are removed from the panel.
This cannot be undone from the panel. A JSON archive of the profile and its document is kept in the private backup zone, and the audit log is preserved.
The customer will be able to edit and sign again. The original signature record is preserved.
